Try It, It Might Help

    I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance which many of you know is NOT fun to live with. This isn't a fancy or outlandish cure, but I semi fasted for several days, and during this time and for weeks after drank LOTS of green tea. It's hard to believe, but the symptoms are very much under control now, even though I occasionally eat food that used to give me immediate and most unpleasant side effects!
