Life is busy, life is interesting, life is….well how would
you describe it at this very moment? I’ll add the word rewarding, and will
describe why.
Every so often Stephen and I go on tract tours. We certainly aren’t pushy people but we do
have good news that we like to share; the good news of the gospel. Jesus is
such a wonderful Companion and Provider, why should we keep the secret to
ourselves? Ur, uh, change that to how could we? So yesterday we went on a twelve
hour loop to share pamphlets such as Peace of Mind in a Troubled World, A
Friend for You, etc. in various localities.
We left some in tract racks here and there, but it was most rewarding
to chat with someone for a few minutes before offering them a tract. Believe it
or nor one man, a biker, declined, but we went on our separate ways almost as friends. Hey, it’s
their choice whether they accept them or not, but we can be on good terms
anyway!
Okay, that’s what we did yesterday, but I’ll leave what
happened on the way home for another post.
