Random Thoughts On How to Live A Profitable Life

·        Massage your head for ten minutes to make the hair grow thicker
·        Do yoga exercises and meditate for at least a half an hour each day
·        Writing for a half an hour in a journal each day will improve your writing skills
·        Working on your handwriting for at least ten minutes a day can change your personality!
·        In order to improve your vision do eye exercises daily
·        Flatten your tummy with “these exercises!”
·        Strengthen your back by doing “This” for at least a half hour each day
·        You must walk for at least an hour daily in order to lose weight
·        Take a tablespoon of coconut oil every day, or olive oil, or...Well you name it.
·        Eat fish two or three times a week
·        Eat legumes several times a week
·        Eat or drink milk products to increase your calcium intake
·        Avoid milk products if you are lactose intolerant
·        Make whole grain products a regular part of your diet
·        Avoid wheat if you are glucose intolerant
     Do 'this' to look five years younger
     Do 'that' to take ten years off of your life
    Doing the 'other thing' will help to. (If I do them all at once will I end up looking like a toddler?
   
·        Virtuous women sew their own and their children’s clothing
·        Play regularly with your children
·        Read to them
·        Take them here and there so they will be as busy as you are
·        To be fully fulfilled you should have hobbies and/or a job outside of the home.
·        Gardening is good exercise. But you are permitted not to do it in the winter.
·        Shop wisely for a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and find attractive and appetizing ways to serve them to your family.
·        Keep up to date on health and fitness as well as world news
·        But remember it is important to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep per night.
